Tracking stops at the end of the period you paid for, your history stays readable and exportable for 30 days, then it's deleted. You can export everything as CSV at any point, cancelled or not.
No. At $9 a month an annual plan would save you the price of a coffee and cost you the freedom to leave. We'd rather keep you by being worth $9 next month too.
If we missed checks you paid for, we refund that period without asking questions. If you simply forgot to cancel, write to us within 14 days and we'll refund the last invoice.
Cards and SEPA direct debit through our payment provider — we never see your card number. VAT invoices are issued automatically; add your VAT ID in billing and reverse charge applies inside the EU.
